Our Company

Advantage Powder Coating Inc. is a state of the art facility which takes advantage of the environmentally sound process of powder coating and impregnation.

The equipment at Advantage Powder Coating was designed from the ground up to process larger parts with a heavier weight. Our powder coating equipment has the capabililty of processiung 3,000 tons per day, or roughly 700 large castings per hour.

The impregnation line can process 22,500 pounds per hour; or approx. 150 aluminum blocks in that same time frame.

These process rates are considered exceptionally high by industry standards. Combining these rates with our steadfast emphasis on quality and service, we are confident our company can provide a definite ADVANTAGE to our customers in the automotive industry, as well as any other manufacturer of larger high volume products.
